After DD field is enabled for row security, the row security failed to take effect

Possibly there are some steps taken into consideration if the row security being applied does not take effect :

1.       Reset Security cache (through WSJ > (Form Exit) Advanced > Reset Cache > Tick All or Security (this is to make it sure security cache in your logic server is correct and update of status is done through business function)
2.       (Optionally) delete security cache for JAS through server manager (this is to make JAS to have the latest security settings)
3.       Truncate F989999 (this action is to be done through your full package build)
4.       Delete dddict and glbltbl in your logic server: this is very unlikely cause because if this value is wrong you won’t be able to set security.
5.      Run full package build/deploy for server package and client package
