Hi, one of the common error when the grid data import from Excel file is missing on your web client..
Eg. Journal Entry screen
You may verify that you have the Jas.ini settings or in the server manager console
SupportActiveXIE=true
If not please add it, restart the jas instance and test again.
When using IE it will ask for installing the proper activeX controls.
If that error only happen in specific machine, you may try to reinstate the activeX
1. Add E1 to Trusted Sites.
2. Check the ActiveX controls installed on the users machine. Go into the Internet Explorer (IE) Internet options | Settings | View Objects. Right click on all JDE* controls and select remove.
3. manually clear the browser cache.
4. Close browser and test again. - it should prompt for installing the ActiveX - Accept.
