After upgrading from TR 8.98.0.2 to 8.98.4.3 , If the runtime metrix of the enterprise server instance can not be open. Pls check ensure :
SM agent in enterprise server must be attached with administrator in services.msc
Try to update server manager console to 8.98.4.12 and server manger agent to 8.98.4.12 as well.
The server manger agent for the enterprise server can be updated through the update command on the managed instance page of the SVM
Should look like below after update:
8.98.4.12
Managed Home Location
x:\jde_home_1_Agent\SCFHA
Managed Home Location
x:\jde_home_1_Agent\SCFHA
If updated already, still can not able to open the runtime metrix...Pls proceed to apply a patch so-called
POC for bug 14310486
You may find out the error in enterprise server
X:\JDE_HOME\logs\stderr.log
X:\JDE_HOME\logs\e1agent_01.log
In the POC zip file, there is managementAgent_jar.jar...you need to replace it with the one in the jde_home directory as stated in POC.
Stop the SM agent (Enterprise server) and SM console ( server where the SM console is installed)
Note : It won't shut down the JDE system.
After replacing the file, restart the services.
