Hi, there. Wonder how to securely backup a copy of your email data from MS Outlook into cloud service? Eg, dropbox , google drive, skydrive and etc.. You may consider doing this when :
1. You need a backup into remote site to prevent local hardrive failure
2. For network where it does not provide email backup
3. You are able to get online.
Here I have tested dropbox and google drive for the purpose mentioned above.
Four your information, in term of speed, Dropbox is far better than google drive when doing synchronizing.
Let's check out my outlook email which has been moved into dropbox and googledrive. By doing so, now I have no fear of losing my emails anymore.
