Why People always send their PCs for maintenance?

Hi, there. Getting fed up sending your PC for service? Most of the PC problem are caused by the software due to virus attack or software mis-configured and so forth..

So, why not we do some backup Eg, XP system files and registry file before disaster hit us.. Okey, let's boot into XP safe mode by F8 when XP is booting up. Go to folder windows\system32\config\ ; In there, copy all files into your pendrive or into another drive Eg,E:or something other than C:

2nd step, open registry in runbox...select Menu\Export command ; save the registry into secured location.

Say if your programs or XP run abnormally, or your antivirus has found some viruses but couldn't successfully heal the damage. Try to go to Safe mode and do the restoration process by copying all back to above mentioned location and import back the saved registry file

If it can't solve the problem, pls try to use System Restore which is located in XP\system utility\ folder.

Got it ? Before sending your PC for checking , pls do this trick 1st ;it might not be always the hardware problem.
