How to direct whatsapp on your website?

Hi, there. Wonder how to pre-enter the text and whatsapp somebody on website ?

1:  Whatsapp me with "Your blog has been read"

Code will be as  " https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=00XXXXXX&text=Your%20blog%20has%20been%20read  "

It has been used on website or facebook so that somebody can actually directly whatsapp to specific mobile number instead of writing eamil to him or her.
