Backup full /incremental :
1. Define server which is to backup .Eg, dmnsvr will be backup
2. Install shadowprotect into this server dmnsvr.
3 Install shadowprotect console into another server Eg, 192.168.100.6
4. Open shadowprotect console in 192.168.100.6 . Then do backup either full or incremental into qnapserver which is 192.168.100.13\backup\dmnsvr
note: You must share this share drive for full permission for the administrator account
How to restore from backup set?
1.Just select the required node and click restore. You restore based on the previous backup set.
2. you may also browse from backup image and then mount/map it into drive. This would ease you from restoring specific file from the server.
Virtualboot is used to restore the backup image in VM environment so that you can have system fail-over solution, backup test.
Hope that helps...
