How to troubleshoot JDE E910 E1 web offline issue

Hi, there.

 There could be some services in webserver not started due to domain change , hanging issue, and etc...
 Nevertheless, you can attempt to check if the SM management agent in windows service if started.
Or you may try to manually run jde_home\SCFHA\bin>startAgent.bat , restartAgent.bat,updateagentService.bat

In windows services, make sure they are running :
Oracle WebLogic NodeManager (D_Oracle_Middleware_wlserver_10.3)

\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\bifoundation_domain\bin\startWebLogic.cmd
\Oracle\Middleware\wlserver_10.3\server\bin\startNodeManager.cmd

Then , login to weblogic admin console Eg
http://webserver:7005/console/login/LoginForm.jsp

and start all the web instances in the server component there.

In server manager side, you also have to check if any web instance is running ...
http://depsvr:8999/manage/home

normally installed in deployment server as SM Console
