JDE how to clone from PD into PY

Hi, wondering how can i make a mirror or cloan image from PD environment into PY?
Let me show you the steps :

Things to check before data refreshing :
-  no development job is running.
-  Make a full backup of all JDE databases
-  Backup jdedwards folder on deployment server.

There are 3 versions of R98403 which are XJDE0019 (is to copy central object specification and versions) ,
XJDE0022 (is to copy control table) and XJDE0021 (is to copy business data)

note:  must submit to local when running these versions

It's recommended to create new version from XJDE0019 Eg, XJDE0019a  and respectively for the other 2.

1. Run R98403 - XJDE0019a  : 
Processing option : Environment Tab:
Option 1 : Target environment  : PY810

Option 5 : Source environment : PD810

Option 3 : 2 

Update Tab :

Option 6 :  0 run in proof mode to check the output  or 1 to run final mode to create environment data

Option 7 : A recreate existing table

Option 8 : blank - copy all tables

Option 9 : blank - to clear all target tables  (default)  ; "Y" w/o clearing table  

2. Run R98403 - XJDE0022a :

Option 2  : Target Data source Eg, CRP Business Data

Option 4 : Source Ddata source eg. Prod Business Data 

note:  pls use option 2 and 4 instead of option 1 and option 5

3. Run R98403 XJDE0021a :

Option 2  : Target Data source Eg, CRP Business Data

Option 4 : Source Ddata source eg. Prod Business Data 

note:  pls use option 2 and 4 instead of option 1 and option 5

4. copy  deployment server 's specific directories from PD into PY

a: rename PY810 folder PY810.bak

b: create new folder called PY810

c: Create new sub folder called "package"

d: manually copy PD810 all folders except package foler into PY810

e: copy folders called " data " and "datacomp" under "\PY810_bak\package\ into PY810\package

otherwise you may run R9800942 in deployment server as jdeplan environment.

5. Manually copy all PD directories into PY directories in Enterprise server.  This would require stop all jde services prior copying.  Otherwise, you may consider deploying enterprise server package.  

6. Update object librarian record F9861 by running R989861. :Login to dep810 and submit locally 

For E812 above due to TAM file is no longer valid. Pls consider regenerate these 2 tables : F989998 and F989999 in OMW. Then create a full package and deploy for PY810. 

For E810 earlier, pls generate R92TAM and R98CRTGL specs to regenerate data dictionary file.
