OMW New project object failed to show up in package assembly

This has been common if someone wanted to do update package build but could not find it on package assembly screen.  In order to get around this issue, you need to advance the project status to 26 (PY) or 38 (PD) depending how the activity rule is being setup...Advancing the from 21 to 26 would take local DV and overwrite local PY...
