"You are not authorized to run this report" found on web client
If your JDE EnterpriseOne's TR is 8.98.3.0 onward, you may consider Tool Release Uprade as stated in
8.98.4.13 BUG 16812414 YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO RUN THIS REPORT
9.1.3.3 BUG 16812405 YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO RUN THIS REPORT
Otherwise, you may still manually fix the error
Manually clear the jdbj security cache using Server Manager
Add/set the key "securityCachePurge=0" under the section [JDBj-RUNTIME PROPERTIES] of jdbj.ini in jas server and restart the JAS port. This will prevent the JAS server from automatically refreshing security. After implementing this setting, any changes in security will require the manual clearing of jdbj security cache using Server Manager.
