Hi, those users have been experiencing performance issue in certain UBE program Eg, R09801 General Ledger Post . You may use Oracle Support Tool called "Performance Workbench" to diagnose the problem.
1st off, if you have MOS - My Oracle Support , pls log on to the page and search related performance library on information center page. Pls go search for performance in EnterpriseOne then reference papers & case studies then performance library white paper DOC ID 1633930.1 and look for this R09801 if it had any performance issue..
If no, pls use performance workbench tool to diagnose the program delay issue...Capture the debug log for this UBE program R09801 and put it into pw.exe as shown below :
Turn on the Timing gaps file option and click on Log parse button to check the log.
Below is the log result and found this ClearTableCache 09 business function has taken more than 5 sec to finish off the process which is considered slow.
After identified the business functionn 's bottleneck, now it's time to check on Change Assistance to find related bug on the JDE version.
In CA, go to Performance and Memory and search by Object name "BXXXXX" . Check if it had any bug reported and ESU available to download. How to know what source file is meant for this BSFN business function - ClearTableCache ? Just go find it on MOS..
If found, then download it and apply it to the system.
