How to disable and display those users who have been in-active in JDE in R014021 and R959210 ?

Below is another way to display those staffs in no active / resigned by using report R014021

1. Define new UDC

- Setup a Search Type in UDC 01/ST to identify inactive records; for example "IN"

- Change the Search Type to "IN" for those Address Book records that you no longer active

- Add Row Security to Address Book Master (F0101) for Search Type "IN". You have the option to    disallow the users from Adding, Changing, Viewing and Deleting records

- If the Address Book record is a supplier, set the field "Hold Payment Code" in the Supplier Master Information (P04012) to '1' in order to prevent entry of new vouchers and payments

- If the Address Book record is a customer, flag the field "Hold Invoices" in the Customer Master Information (P03012).

2. Go to Address book screen and change those users whose search type to IN to indicate inactive user.

3. Run R014021  to list all those defined as IN with data selection :  search type =  IN
