Block IE from opening certain website

IT pro have been thinking many ways to block certain user from accessing certain websites like www.facebook.com  and www.youtube.com

There is a simple yet no-cost method where we can apply this trick.

Step 1: Apply new policy into GPO - UserConfiguration\windowsettings\Internet Explorer Maintenance\Security\SecurityZoneandContentRating

Then go to General tab, tick the "Users can see websites that have no rating"

Last step, enable "Disable the content page" as above.
