NETSH reset firewell and TCP/IP stack

Normally after your OS is infected by spyware; it could cause your LAN / TCP/IP  malfunction. Pls try below commands :

To (Re-)Start the firewall:
Start > Run > cmd > OK
C:\> netsh /?
C:\> netsh firewall /?
C:\> netsh firewall show /?
C:\> netsh firewall show opmode
C:\> netsh firewall set /?
C:\> netsh firewall set opmode mode = ENABLE
C:\> exit

netsh winsock reset

netsh int ip reset

netsh int io reset
